The Bebras challenge aims at making its participants enthusiastic about informatics and at introducing them to computational thinking and problem solving. This challenge, mainly targeted to secondary school pupils, takes place in schools during a week in fall. The Bebras challenge is an international challenge already organised in more than 60 countries from all over the world.

A young pupil is participating to the second round of the Bebras challenge, namely Bebras, The Masters (only for French speaking now), that took place during the Computer Science Day 2019 organised by the CSITEd ASBL.

The Belgian representatives to the Bebras community are attending the annual International Bebras Task Workshop 2019 to create new questions for the next Bebras contest (May 13-17, Balatonkenese, Hungary).
